I have been with ChadNic Properties for over 20 years. I don’t have any fancy letters, numbers, or degrees to put with my name. I do have 20 plus years of working with some of the best that our industry has to offer. I have worked in 4 different states and countless cities being afforded the opportunity to work in many markets, learning new operational techniques, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, and forecasting, proformas, HUD and countless other unique skills that apply to our industry. I believe that adaptability is the key to success in our line of work and I strive to do this every day.
